Offline VAT invoicing for South African small businesses.
ZARInvoice is an Android app for creating tax invoices and credit notes in rand. It works entirely on your phone: there is no account to create, no sign-in, and no internet connection needed.
- Works offlineThe app does not use the internet. It runs the same in a taxi rank as in an office.
- Your data stays on your phoneYour business profile, clients, items and documents are stored only on your device. Nothing is collected by us.
- Tax invoice PDFsIssue numbered tax invoices and credit notes as PDFs with the details SARS requires, with or without VAT, and send them through your own mail or messaging app.
- Encrypted backupsBack up everything to a password-encrypted file and keep it wherever you choose, such as Google Drive.
Privacy
ZARInvoice collects no personal information. We do not run servers, analytics, advertising or crash reporting. Data only leaves the app when you choose to send, view or save a file, or make a backup, always through an app or location you pick.
